To generate an ERC Password or ERC unlock code on this site, you'll need to locate your navigation unit's Model Number and check its compatibility. This section guides you through the process.

Find Your Model Number for Compatibility check

Most Toyota car navigation units have their model number printed on the edge of the navigation console screen. You can usually find it in the top right, bottom right, or, for older models, the bottom left corner.

1. The image below features pictures of various car navigation units. The model number for each unit is circled in red.
2. Here is another sample image below, the model number is printed in the bottom left corner and is NSLN-W68.
   
   
3. Next, you have to take note of the last three digits. In above sample it is W68.
4. On the code purchase screen, you need to select your model number (in above sample it will be W68) from the provided model numbers list. If your model number is not listed, then select Other (all other models are Supported).
5. Please Note: Not all models are supported by this service currently. Here is list of un supported models.
